Having trained and worked as a children's school health nurse in the UK for 15 years she now lives in Singapore with her family and is passionate about using nature to support children's health, education and wellbeing. As an outdoorsy, adventure loving Mum to 3 young kids she balances 'mum life' with supporting children and families to live well and live wild.  She aims to channel her skills towards making positive community impact and nurturing a love for nature in the next generation.

With a varied background of nursing skills she can offer support around many childhood health and wellbeing topics including - diet, sleep, toileting, constipation and wetting issues, allergies, emotional and mental health concerns, trauma recovery, attachment concerns and building resilience. She has also completed the Forest School level 3 qualification and the BdT Certificate in Therapeutic mentoring and loves to combines these skills when supporting children and families, particularly outside in nature.

She believes that children deserve a childhood where they can live well and live wild - good health is the starting point from which children can grow, learn and be free to achieve their potential.

Live Well, Live Wild

Connect well

A strong connection and attachment between you and your child is essential for all ages and stages of a child's life.

Sleep well

Children grow, refuel, repair and process during their sleep. Consistent, quality sleep will always benefit a child's health.

Child led, free play, real PLAY. Let their imagination run wild. Play is how children learn about the world and their place in it.

Play well

Go Wild

Children need nature, adventures outdoors and time to feel connected to the earth. Their emotions can feel more manageable to them in an outdoor open space. Nature is a wonderful teacher and a powerful healer. Mud, water, leaves, sticks and a group of friends are sometimes all you need.

Move Well

Getting active, moving their bodies, building strong muscles and bones as well as forming positive sensory connections between their bodies and brains is key to well balanced and healthy children.

Eat well

A varied and nutritious diet, full of gut friendly foods. A diverse microbiome in a child's gut has a huge benefit to the physical and emotional health of children.
